Our Activities

We specialize in the manufacture of custom, small- and medium-series machined parts using conventional and CNC machine tools. Our CNC lathes are equipped with C-axis, sub-spindle and even Y-axis capabilities, enabling the production of complex parts in a single setup, combining turning operations with milling. Our CNC milling machine is equipped with a continuous-control indexing head/rotary table. In our toolmaking workshop, we naturally have conventional machine tools such as drilling machines, band saws, and other special-purpose machines, for example for tube bending.

During production, we are able to check the dimensions and geometry of parts using our measuring microscope and 3D coordinate measuring machine.

There is a high demand for various threaded components. In addition to metric (M, MF) and standard pipe threads (G, R, Rp, Rc), we also machine BSPT, NPT, UN threads, various cylinder valve connection threads (e.g. right- and left-hand W21.8×1/14", as well as right- and left-hand W30×2), and different types of round, trapezoidal and multi-start threads.

We mainly machine structural steel, free-cutting and tool steels, stainless and acid-resistant steels (1.4104, 1.4301, 1.4305, 1.4541, 1.4571, 1.4404), various aluminum alloys (AlMgSi, AlMgSi1, AlCu4PbMgMn, AlSi9Cu3), brass and copper, as well as various plastics (PA6, Docamid 6G-H, POM). Other materials can also be considered upon request.

For deburring, we make extensive use of a vibratory tumbler (Trowal process). If required, parts are cleaned in an ultrasonic washer.

With the help of our partners, we also provide welding of various parts (steel, stainless steel and aluminum), metal grinding and polishing, powder coating, galvanizing, nickel plating, clear and colored anodizing of aluminum parts, as well as hard anodizing.
